About Alexandra (she/her)

For as long as I can remember, I carried a sense that there had to be more to life than the pain and longing I felt inside. That quiet ache led me to push boundaries, travel far, and eventually, turn inward.

A brief but undeniable glimpse into something vast and untouched by suffering changed everything. What began as a search for spiritual experience eventually gave way to a deeper shift - one that revealed belonging, stillness, and peace not as passing moments, but as the foundation of life itself.

Today, I hold space for others to reconnect with their own innate wellbeing and truth. This work is grounded in self-inquiry, meditation, mindfulness, expressive arts, nature-based practices, trauma-informed care, and the wisdom of lived experience.
What I offer is rooted in over two decades of study and practice - but more than anything, it’s shaped by my own path of healing, awakening, and ongoing learning.

I believe that every one of us has the capacity to live with greater freedom, compassion, and presence - and that remembering this begins with the simple act of turning inward.
