Satsang

The word satsang comes from Sanskrit: sat means “truth” and sanga means “company” or “community.” Together, satsang means being in the company of truth. Traditionally, satsang refers to a gathering where people come together to sit in meditation, listen deeply, reflect, and share. It is not about belief or hierarchy, but about opening to presence and authenticity - a space where truth can reveal itself through silence, dialogue, and Being together. In this community, we support one another in remembering what is real, kind, and enduring beneath the changing surface of life.

Our Friday Satsang is a space to reconnect with presence and community. Whether you’re brand-new or returning to practice, you are welcome.

We gather on Fridays for a  heart-centred open sit with minimal guidance. We gather in shared silence, resting as Being together and allowing presence to unfold naturally, without effort or fixing. It is offered for those drawn to simplicity and depth.
